Corporate Catering – The Fine Print
Thank you for taking the time to read this important information regarding your corporate catering booking.
Dietary requirements can be catered for individually. Please list the requirement and name.
Waiting staff are charged by the hour per staff member, three hour minimum, at current Restaurant Industry Award rates, plus travel time and cost when your venue is outside Warrnambool. Weekend and public holiday rates are quoted at the time of booking.
Delivery: Warrnambool $13, Port Fairy $25, Koroit $15, Allansford $15. All other locations are charged at $1.50 per kilometre. There's no minimum spend on orders collected from the shop.
All prices are per person unless otherwise indicated.
Final numbers are required no later than seven days before your event. Once confirmed, this becomes the basis for your invoice — numbers can be increased after this point subject to availability, but reductions can't be accepted.
A 25% deposit applies to bookings over $3,000, with the balance due a week out, alongside your final numbers. Payment by bank transfer or cash.
Cancellation: more than 14 days before your event, your deposit is refunded in full. 7 to 14 days out, the deposit is retained. Less than 7 days out, the full amount is payable. Postponing to a new date carries your deposit over rather than counting as a cancellation.
Any equipment we supply (platters, trays, chafing dishes and similar) remains our property and needs to be returned within seven days, clean and undamaged. If it isn't back within 14 days, or comes back damaged, a replacement cost applies, quoted to you before it's invoiced.

Every effort is made to instruct our staff on the potential severity of food allergies. Our menu items may contain allergens or have come into contact with them, and there is always a risk of contamination. We do not guarantee the accuracy of your requirement being fully met.
